Die-cutting and perforation systems

We would be pleased to advise you on the optimisation of inline die-cutting processes.

PPP Perf-Print-Plus® is an inline perforating, die-cutting, cutting and scoring system for offset printing and all are done at full production speed. Slit-scoring and embossing jobs are also possible. Jobs which may have been done previously with poorer quality or would even have to be done in a separate letterpress process, can now be done inline and in-house in just one offset printing operation (multicolour printing and inline finishing). Today, the system can be applied on most current sheet-fed and web offset presses.

The system comprises a perforation plate or - depending on the application - a base foil with an integrated millimetre foil clamped onto the blanket cylinder. Job- specific accessories for perforation, die-cutting or scoring can be added to this.

As an interesting and efficient extension, the PPP®-System can also be employed for precise ink and lacquer transfer. The installation for all fields of application is simply carried out and does not require any special press adjustments.
