Converting
Converting printing blankets has been our core business for decades. Our team has acquired unique knowledge to guarantee consistent quality in our production. Through cooperation with our suppliers and constant team training, we can guarantee high quality processing of the blankets we convert.
Quality assurance is incorporated for each phase, so that any possible errors are detected immediately after the operation and not just before final inspection. When we have finished, we do an ink-jet printout with all relevant data on the back of the blanket, so that absolute and complete traceability is possible up to and including the printing blanket manufacturer’s production batch number.

Sustainability and environmental protection are not foreign concepts for us, but our constantly considered in production. Whether these are solvent-free adhesives or energy saving measures, we have examined all relevant production parameters.
We can convert from the smallest blanket for specialized applications in can or pot printing, compound blankets for bucket printing through to conventional blankets for offset and right on up to blankets for 80-page heatset presses.
As we have customer-specific production, we can incorporate any special request in the production process. Bar width, bar depth, width or length of the blanket, the clamping aid format (template) can all be done according to your wishes.
Various clamps, bar profiles and adapter systems in many shapes and forms which optimize customer production processes are subjected to stress tests. We guarantee compliance with the prescribed requirements of the printing press manufacturer to the tensile strength of the bars.
